A little off the beaten path, located in Plymouth rather than the Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti area, 336 Main is worth the drive (and if you hire a party bus, you can ENJOY the ride). The ambiance is noteworthy here--lots of open spaces and intimate nooks, very comfy furnishings, and great lighting.
We love 336 Main for their fantastic martinis. We would highly recommend the "3 Martini Sampler" which changes every week. Enjoy the live entertainment all week long, and take advantage of those drink specials at Happy Hour!
